However, the way we run and operate will be slightly different than before.
Upon entry to the hotel, we are required to take your name and contact number for track and trace. The information is then kept for 21 days. Any questions please ask.
Hand sanitiser will be available at all entrances to the premises, for all staff and customers to use. We do ask that everyone sanitises their hands upon entry.
Social distancing will be 2 meters and where 2 meters isn’t possible 1m+. All tables will be 2 meters apart with no more than 6 people at a table. We will be running a table service therefore no-one is to be stood at the bar, doorways or corridors. Every customer in the hotel/restaurant must have a seat. This also applies for garden seating, only a maximum of 6 people per table. If you are outside and we and we reach capacity inside, you cannot come back into the hotel until someone has left.
The preferred method of payment is contactless payment/chip and pin. Cash will still be accepted.
Booking a table in advance is highly advised especially at busy times or you may be turned away. You may also book via our website, www.gaskellarms.co.uk.
As before we closed, we will be continuing with the periodic sanitising of contact points. Eg. Door handles, tables etc.
We look forward to welcoming you all back and when we do open we will be doing our best to keep all our customers and staff safe but we also need your help in complying with this please by following guidelines and rules set out. Anyone not complying will be refused service and will be asked to leave, all staff have the right to refuse service to anyone. Please be mindful of all staff and other customers within the hotel. Children must remain seated when in the lounge bar and restaurant (NO CHILDREN IN THE PUBLIC BAR)
